Refund policy
All products may be returned within 5 days of receiving them if there is a defect or we sent you the wrong size/product. Please email support@orchideight.com regarding your order and the issue with it. If the customer does not contact customer service regarding a return after 5 days from delivery, no refunds will be given. Note: if the wrong size or product is ordered by the customer they will need to pay the return shipping for the product swap. Basically, if something is wrong (incorrect size, manufacturing issue, wrong product) tell us ASAP so we may fix it.
